- Please note that digital download orders are not on an auto response system. Due to the nature of our shopping cart we must respond manually with user/passwords for you to download the movie. The response is most often very quick, but since one person does it, there are periods when there will be delays. DVD's are dispatched the next working day from the USA.

- We take your privacy and security VERY seriously! This is why we use our own merchant account with secure server! This is why you see the padlock on the bottom right of your browser when you are making a purchase. All details are then passed to our merchant gateway in a highly encrypted form. We also undertake NEVER to sell your details to other companies (and you would be surprised how many and how prominant companies actually do this!).
- Returns & Replacements
- Due to the nature of digital downloadable files, there are no refunds for this type of purchase. DVD's are tested before dispatch however if you do find a problem with a DVD please let us know and we will do all we can to rectify it.
